Troubleshooting the Checkout
If you are here, you are probably thinking: "Help! I can't choose
'Packing & Delivery' at checkout. I can only select 'Collect from Brighton'!"
This will be due to one of two reasons. First, check that we deliver to you.
If you have confirmed that we do deliver to your suburb, then follow these steps:
At checkout, you are likely seeing that the dropdown menu only allows collection from Brighton:
2. Click on the link that says "Victoria, Australia":
3. Change the postcode to your postcode in the lightbox that pops up, and click "Update" when done:
4. “Packing & Home Delivery” should now appear on the dropdown menu, with “Collect from Brighton” at the end of the list of delivery dates:
